Non-Agreement
$135/hour
for non-agreement computer support, consulting services, phone tech support and one-way travel from our center of business.
$202/hour
"Rush Rate" for non-agreement computer support and consulting services provided when interrupting already scheduled appointments.
Ongoing Agreement
$115/hour
for hourly-agreement based computer support, consulting services, and one-way travel from our center of business. Rush rates are waived.
Phone support charges are waived for calls under 15 minutes.
Retainer Agreement
Flat-rate Monthly, Semi-Annual or Annual fees negotiated at the onset of retainer agreements. Travel and phone support is included. Rush rates are waived.
Projects
One-time fees for project work, negotiated before a project is started.
